A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received. The remaining balance must be paid before the expedition begins.

Participants must be physically fit for the selected trek or expedition. Certain trips may have minimum age or health requirements.

Mountain conditions, weather, road closures, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances may require changes to the itinerary. Our team reserves the right to modify routes, accommodations, or schedules to ensure safety.

Cancellation charges apply based on the cancellation date. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Cancellation Policy.

We strongly recommend that every participant purchase travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, cancellations, baggage loss, and evacuation.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for the trip. Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed before booking.

Guests are responsible for their own luggage, valuables, cameras, drones, and personal equipment. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

Trekking, camping, off-road travel, and high-altitude expeditions involve inherent risks. By joining our expeditions, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.

Participants are expected to respect local communities, wildlife, fellow travelers, and the environment. Any behavior that endangers others or damages property may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

We follow Leave No Trace principles and encourage responsible travel. Littering, damaging natural habitats, or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.

Photographs and videos captured during expeditions may be used for promotional purposes unless a participant requests otherwise in writing before the trip.

We shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by natural disasters, landslides, floods, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, political unrest, or any event beyond our control.

Our responsibility is limited to the services specifically included in your booking. We are not liable for personal injury, illness, property loss, delays, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Himachal Pradesh.
