We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time remaining before your departure date. Any applicable refunds will be processed after deducting cancellation fees, permits, booking charges, and other non-refundable expenses already incurred. No refunds will be provided for unused services, late arrivals, early departures, or cancellations made after the expedition has commenced. In the event that an expedition is cancelled by us due to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, participants may be offered an alternative departure date or a credit toward a future trip, subject to availability. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
